The problem is after Bolivian and fallout three their writing skills just went downhill for some reason so I don’t know who the hell got fire or quit between the next company he came to story telling

The game is fun. It just could’ve been better based on previous work if that didn’t have their weird formula of scratching everything starting a new instead of building and improving that doesn’t make the game bad just not as good as it could’ve been.

The Friends joke at the beginning legit made me laugh so hard I had to pause the video, lol. Also, fun fact: if you play a male character with the Confirmed Bachelor perk, and flirt with Manny Vargas, you can side step the ghoul quest. He's evidently a gay man who appreciates being flirted with, so he just...gives you the info. He still asks you to do the quest, as a personal favor, but it's no longer required to follow the main story.

The voiced protagonist really left zero creative freedom for any of the dialogue in this game. Instead of having like at least 2 people voice about 10 or 15 voice lines for different prompts the player chooses you instead have one voiced protagonist having to respond to literally every single named NPC in the game leaving zero wiggle room for (actually funny) witty dialogue or (actually interesting) world building.

1.5 was first version that felt like an improvement, with 1.7 coming out on monday it is starting to feel like the actual content that SHOULD have been in the base game from the start at launch. At 1.0 game was clearly unfinished and I think the compromised broken mil system is still evident of that, lol. The biggest thing they could do to bring life back to the game is scratch their failed mil system and give us back some sort of stacks, I feel.
